Occupying an ochre-painted Renaissance building, which has been providing lodging to guests to the Eternal City since the mid 15th century, the Hotel Sole al Pantheon, as its name suggests, overlooks Rome's awe-inspiring Pantheon and lies 500 meters from the Piazza Navona. Of the hotel's 31 air-conditioned guestrooms, 25 are located in the main building while an annex opposite the Pantheon houses six apartments. The Leonardo Express train connects Fiumicino Airport, also known as Leonardo da Vinci Airport, with Termini Station, which is a two kilometer taxi ride from the hotel.

Rome justifiably has a reputation as one of the most dangerous places to drive in the world.
